We are a small team in Bangalore building revenue operations for coaches, consultants and speakers. The work is real infrastructure that clients keep, which means it has to actually run after we leave.

Judgement over process
Small team, no layers. You will be trusted to make the call on your own work, and expected to say plainly when something is going wrong rather than routing it upward.
Leverage is the job
If a task happens twice a week by hand, automating it is not a side project, it is the work. That is what we sell, so it is how we run.
Write things down
Knowledge that lives in one person’s head is a liability we charge clients to remove. We hold ourselves to the same standard internally.
