Build it once, properly
We do not ship things we would be embarrassed to hand over. Every system we build gets documented and handed to the client, which means shortcuts show up in someone else’s hands.
Small team, unusual leverage
We are a small team in Bangalore building revenue operations for coaches, consultants and speakers. The work is real infrastructure that clients keep, which means it has to actually run after we leave.
Nothing open at this moment
That is the honest answer rather than a placeholder job post. We hire in bursts, usually right after a client load increase, and most of the people we have hired wrote to us before a role existed.
If you build automation, operations or outbound systems and this looks like your kind of work, send a general application below. We read all of them and we reply, including when the answer is no.

Small team, no layers. You will be trusted to make the call on your own work, and expected to say plainly when something is going wrong rather than routing it upward.
If a task happens twice a week by hand, automating it is not a side project, it is the work. That is what we sell, so it is how we run.
Knowledge that lives in one person’s head is a liability we charge clients to remove. We hold ourselves to the same standard internally.
No form, no portal, just an email
Email us. Tell us what you have built and what you want to be doing. Links beat adjectives: a repo, a workflow you automated, a system you ran. If there is no role listed, say what you would want the role to be.
